Melissa Bertrand – April Mission Possible Employee of the Month

Melissa Bertrand is our April Mission Possible Employee of the Month!! Melissa has been with PNS since April 2009. She started out on our HOA program as a contract employee and then moved to the CSA position in August 2009. She later was promoted to a CSS in October of 2011. Melissa is the smiling face that you see at the main shelter in the evenings and on weekends. She works many hours to cover shifts, not only at the Main Shelter, but other buildings as well. She is a dedicated worker and is always happy to be here. Thank you Melissa for all of your hard work; it is appreciated. Way to Go Melissa!!
