  Other Ways to Help

In addition to the volunteer opportunities listed above, you can make great strides and help us in the mission of ending homelessness by:
1.) Purchasing bus passes for the homeless and donating them to PNS to distribute to clients
2.) Provide job skills training
3.) Mentor or teach your trade to the homeless
4.) Vote to support programs that prevent homelessness
5.) Support subsidized and affordable housing
6.) Support affordable health care
7.) Build or subsidize low-income housing
8.) Pray for the homeless - their needs are great

Please do not offer one-on-one assistance to homeless people.
If you want to work with the homeless, please contact the staff at PNS.
